RENU®

RENU®は工場にて発生した残反や端材、回収した衣類などをもう一度新しいポリエステルに生まれ変わらせることで作られています。サーキュラーエコノミーの実現を目指し、石油由来のバージンポリエステルを使用した場合と比べ、環境への負担を大きく減らすことができます。

RENU® is made by rebirthing those collected garments, leftover cloth and cutting scraps in to new yarn. Aiming to realize a circular economy, RENU® polyester brings out big and positive impact on environment than the use of virgin polyester derived from petroleum.

ペットの爪や、衣服についたベルクロやファスナーなど、さまざまなシーンでスナッギング（引っ掛かり）に強い椅子張り生地が求められています。スクラッチフリーシリーズは表面の耐久性を測るスナッギング試験機を用いて、通常100回転で行う試験を2000回転まで引き上げ、ペットの爪研ぎを想定した厳しい自社基準で表面の変化を確認しています。

The durable upholstery fabrics for snagging is needed in many situations, such as pets' claws, velcro and zippers attached to clothing. Using a snagging tester that measures the durability of the surface, we increase the test RPM from normal 100 to 2,000, and check the surface change in accordance with strict in-house standard for pet claw sharpening.
