bottlium®
bottlium®(ボトリウム)は、全国1,600箇所以上にある「リバース・ベンディング・マシン（RVM）」で回収されたペットボトルから生まれる、環境負荷の少ない工程で作られた「高品質オーガニックペレット」です。ペットボトルを運搬前に1/3に圧縮し、回収から工場までのCO₂排出量を削減。ペレット工場は水力発電を利用し、ペットボトルの洗浄には、殺菌・減菌効果があるオゾン水とナノバブルで洗浄効果を高めた水洗浄を採用しています。bottlium®はサプライチェーン全体で80.3％*のCO₂を削減するなど、回収から生産まで全てにおいて最高レベルの環境配慮システムを導入しています。

bottlium® is eco-friendly, high-quality PET pellets made from PET bottles collected in reverse vending machines (RVMs) installed at more than 1,600 locations nationwide in Japan. PET bottles are compressed to 1/3 before transportation, reducing CO₂ emissions from collection to the plant. The pellet plant uses hydroelectric power generation, and the PET bottles are cleaned with ozone water, which is effective in sterilizing and reducing bacteria, and nanobubbles, which enhance the cleaning effect. bottlium® has implemented adoped the highest level of eco-friendly systems throughout its supply chain, from collection to production, including reducing CO₂ emissions by 80.3%*.

RENU®
RENU®は工場にて発生した残反や端材、回収した衣類などをもう一度新しいポリエステルに生まれ変わらせることで作られています。サーキュラーエコノミーの実現を目指し、石油由来のバージンポリエステルを使用した場合と比べ、環境への負担を大きく減らすことができます。
RENU® is made by rebirthing those collected garments, leftover cloth and cutting scraps in to new yarn. Aiming to realize a circular economy, RENU® polyester brings out big and positive impact on environment than the use of virgin polyester derived from petroleum.
ペットボトル再生ポリエステル糸
PET bottle recycled polyester yarn
ペットボトル再生ポリエステル糸は回収された飲料用ペットボトルを原料に作られており、現在生産されているリサイクル糸の中で最も多く生産され使われています。ペットボトルを再利用するリサイクル方法はマテリアルリサイクルと呼ばれ、ペットボトルを洗浄しながらフレーク状に粉砕し、溶融を経てまたペレットへと生まれ変わります。
PET bottle recycled polyester yarn is made from recycled PET beverage bottles. It is the most produced and used recycled yarn currently produced. The recycling method for reusing PET bottles is called material recycling, in which the PET bottles are washed and crushed into flakes, which are then melted and reborn into pellets.
